About Me

Eric brings more than fifteen years of PR branding and communications experience working with such companies as Samsung Mobile, Accenture, Electronic Arts, STARZ, AT&T and IMAX (large-format films) Corporation and Sony Pictures.

Eric is currently the Director of Public Relations for Windows Phone at Microsoft where he is responsible for global partner relations and international PR.

Prior to joining the Windows Phone team, Eric was a Senior Vice President at MWW Group and global agency lead for Samsung Mobile. While at MWW Group Eric and his team created numerous award-winning PR programs and launched hundreds of mobile devices including the best-selling GALAXY line of mobile phones and tablets

Prior to joining MWW, Eric was a senior member of Burson-Marsteller’s corporate and brand marketing practices, helping to oversee activities for some of the firm’s largest accounts.

Eric was also co-founder of TVC, a Los Angeles-based marketing and public relations firm, where he helped to develop launch programs to support over 50 feature films, developed the first-ever, national online film promotions with AOL and CompuServe and helped introduce Trey Parker and Matt Stone’s “Spirit of Christmas” (later to become Comedy Central’s “South Park”) to visitors at the Sundance Film Festival.

Eric began his as career as a freelance writer in San Francisco. He later joined Rogers & Cowan’s Entertainment division in Los Angeles.

Eric lives in the Seattle with his wife Constanze, a freelance television producer, his two boys Galen and Cillian and his daughter Sarine. In his free time Eric enjoys reading, cooking (and eating), skiing, camping, traveling and making his own beer and wine.
